The Rich Text Section is essentially a content block that allows you to use a text editor with formatting options similar to a word processor. You can add headings, paragraphs, lists, images, videos, and other media to create a visually appealing and informative content section on your store.
To add the Rich text,
- Go to Online Store > Themes and click Customize in your Shopify admin
- Then click Add section under Templates area. Now you can choose Rich text from the list.

Blocks
Richtext includes four dedicated blocks that can be used multiple times. Below you can find the list of blocks belonging to Richtext
- Heading
- Special heading
- Description
- Paragraph
- Button
Heading, Special heading, Description
These blocks behave in same manner with different visual appearance. It allow to display text with preferred heading or simple paragraph text based on the choices. You can control the width of those text inside each block settings.
Paragraph
Paragraph uses actual rich text field to get the input from users. So you can format the content to display headings, paragraphs, lists, images, videos, and other media.

Button
Button is simple block that display the actionable button to this section. you can find below settings in button block,
