The Announcement Bar is a part of most Shopify themes, and it appears at the top of your website, just below the header.
You can display Offers, Upcoming news, Notices or any kind information that need user attentions or that need to conveyed. Announcement bar includes announcement block to display its content.
To add the Announcement bar,
- Go to Online Store > Themes and click Customize in your Shopify admin
- Then click Add section under Header area. Now you can choose Announcement bar from the list.
You can find the following settings inside the announcement bar,
| General settings | Description |

| Enable fullwidth | It will allow this section to occupy full width of the viewport if needed. |
| Width | It will allow you to set custom width for this section. Only applicable, if fullwidth is disabled. |
| Color scheme | Choose from any of predefined color scheme to display your section better. |
| Use inner padding | It will add the space around the section. |

Announcement
The Announcement Bar can have multiple Announcement Blocks. Each block consists of a separate message with its own link.
You can find the following settings inside the each announcement block,
