Shopify allows you to enable reviews only through app. You can install this free app Shopify Product reviews from the App store to add & display reviews of your products.
To enable reviews in your shop, install this free app Shopify Product reviews
Display ratings & stars inside Product summary
- Go to Product summary -> Add block
- Choose Star Ratings under App blocks tab
You can go to Product summary section under Product template from the top dropdown inside your customizer
Display reviews or review form under Product description
- Click Add section inside Product template
- Choose Reviews under App blocks tab
- It will add Reviews block inside App wrapper.
